Shipping Policy
At Pulseware, we make us of the delivery service of the Courier Guy. The Courier Guy provides a fixed delivery fee of R200 for most orders, exceptions to this will be heavy items and custom built pc. Shipping is provided nationwide. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate the return or exchange process. Items need to be unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that some items, such as opened software or used items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. For more information, please refer to our full return policy in our Ts and Cs.
